On 26 October 2022 the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) approved EU prospectus for reconstruction prepared by the Company in connection with the Admission (the "Prospectus"). The Prospectus is the only legally binding document containing, for the purposes of the Admission, information about the Company, the Company's shares (including the Shares) and the Admission.
