On July 7th, 2009 RAFAKO S.A. was notified by PGE Bełchatów Power Plant that RAFAKO offer for wet lime FGD plant for Units No 1 and 2 of Bełchatów Power Plant

On May 19th, 2009 RAFAKO S.A. signed a contract with PGE Dolna Odra Power Plant Group for wet lime FGD plant delivery to Units No 5 and 6 of Dolna Odra Power Plant.

The offer submitted by RAFAKO S.A. was selected by Vattenfall Heat Poland S.A. as the best proposal for turn key delivery of FGD plant

On November 22nd, 2007 RAFAKO S.A. signed a contract with Elektrik Uretim A.S., Turkey for modernization of two lignite fired 200MW boilers at Yenikoy Power Plant, Turkey.

On May 21st, 2007 Consortium of RAFAKO S.A. and ZRE Katowice S.A. signed a contract with Kielce
